Octagonal wine cellarette on stand, George III, late 18th century. A lifting lid with a central inlaid patera surrounded by line inlay divided sections is above a brass banded case with heavy lift handles. This early chest is made to hold your wines and keep them chilled. Made of fine mahogany. This would be an exceptional dining room accessory. Below a conforming base has line inlaid legs with castors. H. 23.5″, w. 17″, d. 19″.  $1650.
