A New England Chippendale type tall chest or “high daddy”, circa 1760 in maple with pine secondary wood. The case is dovetailed and fitted with a bold molded cornice over six thumbnail edge molded drawers on tall bracket feet. Restored, and with later correct type batwing brasses.
