George III Hepplewhite type inlaid mahogany “butler’s desk”, circa 1800+. Beautifully detailed with contrasting banding on richly figured mahogany. Contrasting satinwood veneers are a dramatic addition to the desk interior. The frieze above has spear form and star inlay. Minor repairs to inlays.
