The wood most loved in the late Chippendale period, mahogany, with its rich, dense, chocolatey tones. Of the late 18th century, we have seven of these by the same shop. To make eight, we have a number of other attractive possibilities. Ready to recover, the slip seats are simply done with a minimum of fabric.
