Companion Pair of Italian Baroque petite commodes in walnut. Molded edge conforming tops are above graduated drawers flanked by columns over plinth bases. 18th century, restored. All in the Italian Baroque taste. Note how furniture follows architecture in form and design. These could be most convenient as end tables flanking a sofa or flanking a bed.

Height 31 inches, width 26 1/4 inches, depth 14 inches. The second one is slightly smaller. Height 31 inches, width 24 1/2 inches, depth 13 inches.
