A highly detailed dark brown lacquer tray, 19th century. A Chinoiserie landscape scene with figures in gilt is with orange highlights. Of mache’ and likely English, the tray is now expensively mounted on a fine handmade stand of a later date. It is of generous size for coffee table use.
