This 18th century oak provincial English clock recently came from longtime ownership by a local family, purchased in Brussels decades ago. Now available to be the guardian of your front hall. Our clock expert says it is in running order but will need to be set up by a professional. The very nice solid brass movement runs 30 hours with each winding. The exceptional gilt ormolu face is signed by the maker, Geo. Lumley, Bury. There are second and month dials. This is in estate condition with minor losses and normal wear.
