Seldom found still in a pair, these elegant 18th century Georgian pier mirrors might flank your entry doors or a large and important oil in the living room. The oval mirrored plates are bound by strong gadrooned and beaded rims, surmounted by a pierced husk swagged anthemion cresting and a pierced leafage carved apron below. Perfectly restored and regilt to the highest standard.
Of course, the original intent in an important 18th century room would be to place these above a pair of consoles or commodes. We have both types to offer. Please inquire for full images and details.
Height 55″, width 24″. $12,000 the pair.
