New England Queen Anne Drop-leaf Table, 18th Century


The graceful oval top gateleg dropleaf is of maple with some figure. This one dates between 1740-90. Refinished sometime ago and with no major restorations, this New England example has a carved valanced apron with cabriole legs terminating in pad feet. H. 27.5″, w. 45″, d. 15″, leaves 14.5″ each, 44″ open. $995.
