Spanish or possibly Italian 17th century bronze pricket candlesticks of large table top or mantle size. These have high detail in their cast rns, turnings and scrolls. The bases have seamed construction with mask centered panels. Ht. 25”. $1150 the pair.

The baroque pewter candlesticks are seamed construction with turned shafts and scrollwork tripod bases. H. 18”. $825 the pair. Continental.

The French 19th century pair are heavy bronze and silver plated with the full rococo treatment of the Louis XV style. Ornament includes leafage, buds, flowers, and shellwork. Ht. 14 1/2″. $3500 the pair.

17th and early 18th century French candlesticks. I find these a necessity to complete a room with early period furniture. Heights are 8″ and 9″. They are done in the period from sand cast brass from which the halves of the stem are then braised together. In France, the bases were added by threading the stems and bases. $365 and $395, for the pairs respectively.
