George III Chippendale type 18th century library chairs.
All finished surfaces are mahogany including incurvate arms over square legs with recessed stretchers. Also called, in the period, “easy chairs ” or lolling chairs”, they are of generous size and comfortable. The fabric is an appropriate striped blend . H. 42″,w. 28″, d. 28″.
