Decorated tole tray, 19th century, on later stand

A fine oval tole tinned metal tray with a gallery rim, early 19th century. A gilt grape leaf border surrounds a battle scene depicting , presumably  the bourgeoisie uprising against the king’s troupes.
The base is, of course, later and of the highest quality. The bound column legs are joined by pierced stretchers and a central finial.
